The Great Hall is a medium size concert hall with a capacity of 700 seats stage facing. Highlights include a large modular staging system, adaptable arena seating and natural daylight or full blackout facilities. The acoustics of the hall particularly favours orchestral, choral, light acoustic performances and award ceremonies.

The Hall is renowned for generating a terrific atmosphere, giving a real sense for audiences of being absorbed in the performance.

Should you wish to host a VIP reception for your performance sponsors, excellent wine and catering packages are available, all cooked and prepared in house from fresh produce by our own dedicated chefs.

Concert rates are based on a room hire charge, and include reception space for the sale of promotional material, 4 ushers to check tickets, 2 program sellers, stage and seating arrangements and full interval bar and refreshment services for the audience.

Ticketing, and Box office facilities are arranged via the client, if a managed service is required the Nottingham Playhouse Box Office adjacent to the Albert Hall, or the Royal centre Box office are happy to help with this.
